Исследование влияния этанола на трансэпидермальный транспорт индоцианинового зелёного с помощью спектроскопии обратного рассеяния

Аннотация: 

В работе исследовано влияние 40%-ного водного раствора этанола на трансэпидермальный транспорт фотодинамического красителя индоцианинового зелёного с помощью спектроскопии обратного рассеяния. Впервые получено значение коэффициента диффузии красителя через роговой слой ex vivo при использовании этанола в качестве усилителя диффузии: (6.85±3.75)×10−7 см2/с.
